By using our service, you agree to our terms and conditions of business.

 

 

What You Can Expect

Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at removing general dirt from your windows.
However, it will not remove:

  • Builder’s residue (plaster, concrete, paint, etc.)
  • Stickers or adhesives
  • Stains or discoloration from chemicals or rust
  • UV bleaching of window frames

Please notify us before the clean if any of these issues are present.

 

 

How Often Will We Visit

We offer 4, 6, 8, or 12 weekly visits. We ask for some flexibility due to weather, so your clean may be scheduled within a week either side of the due date.

 

Bad Weather

We avoid cleaning windows in heavy rain, but we will work in light rain or short showers, and the results will still be the same. If rain is heavy, your clean will be rescheduled to the next working day.

 

Turning Us Away or Cancelling

We aim to provide a reliable service and ask our customers to be reliable in return. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and we schedule our work accordingly.

If a clean is cancelled on the day, or our team is turned away on arrival, we may charge the full price of the scheduled clean and/or cancel any ongoing service.
We also reserve the right to charge the full price if access is not available at the agreed time.

 

Ending Our Services

For regular services, there is a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before this, the remaining cleans will be payable.

 



Complaints Procedure

We always aim to provide the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of the clean.
We will return the next working day to re-clean your windows free of charge.
Complaints made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean.

 

Confidentiality

All customer information is kept confidential and is never shared with any individual or company, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Payments



 

Payments

Regular services: Payment is required by bank transfer, cash, or cheque within 48 hours of the clean. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your service.

One-off services: Payment is required on the day of the clean.
